Pennsylvania's Second Annual Suicide Prevention Conference - Reaching out to Diverse Populations: Finding What Works - will be held on September 9 and 10, 2008 at the Holiday Inn, Grantville, PA. Keynote speakers are Dr. Donna Holland Barnes, President of the National Organization for People of Color Against Suicide (NOCPAS), and Dr. Terry Cline, Administrator of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
