Keynote speakers are Dr. Donna Holland Barnes, President of the National Organization for People of Color Against Suicide (NOCPAS), and Dr. Terry Cline, Administrator of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Swing into Life! Golf Tournament
